REFUNDS & RETURNS
All orders are processed and dispatched from The Sock Co Head Office in Australia on the same day, up to 1.00pm on Monday through Friday. (Orders received after 1.00pm will be sent on the following day.) Orders received over the weekend or public holidays will be sent on the next business day Monday through Friday.
We offer all our customers Free Shipping within Australia. Delivery times will range from 3 – 5 business days, except for customers in WA, please allow up to 5 – 10 business days.
For that extra peace of mind we offer a FREE Tracking service via our friends at Australia Post. We will send our customers an email regarding the Tracking Number for that extra security.
All Customer Orders are shipped by Australia Post in a Click and Send Satchel.
Please note: We take no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur once an order has been confirmed delivered via Australia Post tracking service.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased up to 60 days, store credit or exchange. Please contact us via the contact page for a returns form.
PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.
We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
